Information you choose to share
Our inquiry forms ask for contact details and a general topic so our team can respond. Forms are provided through HighLevel, which stores submitted information and the permissions you select. Please do not include Medicare or Social Security numbers, medical details, payment information, or account passwords in a general inquiry.
Email and consultation choices stay separate
Requesting a consultation or asking about life insurance does not subscribe you to educational emails. The educational email form records a separate, optional choice. It does not request a consultation, give permission for calls or texts, or complete a Scope of Appointment. To update a preference or withdraw permission, contact Bloom using the details below. You may also use the unsubscribe link in an educational email you receive.
Optional voice conversations
The AI helper loads when you select “Load voice helper.” Speaking requires a further action and your browser’s microphone permission. HighLevel and its AI service providers process what you say to produce a response. Conversation transcripts may be retained in HighLevel. Do not share sensitive identity, health, or financial information with the helper. “Close & stop voice” closes the voice session; it is not a request to delete any previously processed conversation records.
Other services and links
Appointment scheduling, insurance intake, and official reference links may open another provider’s website. Those services have their own privacy information. Review it before submitting information. The general Bloom inquiry forms and AI helper are not insurance applications.
Website preferences
Your browser can remember your light or dark appearance choice and whether it has shown the helper invitation during the current browsing session. These preferences do not sign you up for marketing. Website and embedded-service providers also process technical information needed to deliver their services.
